Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-11-05

By creating an account or using TournApp you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

TournApp is a tool to organise padel and tennis tournaments and matches: rosters, schedules, scores, standings and rankings. It is operated by Nicolas Morales, Colombia.

Your account

You must give accurate information, keep your password secret and be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country). You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@nicodev.me if you think it has been used without your permission.

Acceptable use

Do not use TournApp to break the law, harass or insult people, impersonate someone, or enter names or text that are offensive or that you have no right to use.

Do not try to access other people's data, disrupt the service, scrape it automatically, or reverse engineer it.

If you add other people (for example as guests) you confirm you may do so and that the names are theirs to share.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you enter (names, scores, photo). You give us permission to store it and show it to the participants and as described in the Privacy Policy, only to run the service. You are responsible for your content; we may remove content that breaks these terms.

Matches are between players

TournApp only records results. We are not a party to any match or tournament, we do not book courts, and we are not responsible for disputes between players, injuries, or the accuracy of scores that users enter.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time in Profile. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or put the service at risk.

Availability and changes

We try to keep the service running but do not promise it will always be available or error free. We may change or stop features. The service is free; we may introduce paid options in the future and will tell you first.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from data you or others enter. Nothing limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

Apple

If you use the iOS app, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app, its maintenance or support, or any claim about it, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms as they apply to the iOS app.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, without limiting the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date and version above will change and we will tell you about important changes. Questions: support@nicodev.me.
